Overview
Are you looking to grow your business, and what does "growth" mean? Increase revenue? Hire employees or scale up? Refine your existing operating model. Manage investors more effectively? Update your IT infrastructure? Add more assets under management?
Every business has a unique definition of growth, but the common thread is Change, often in the form of a Project. This workshop is not just about theory, it's about equipping you with practical knowledge. You'll learn about the four key phases of project management: Initiating, Defining, Executing, and Closing a project.
