How Much Can You Earn?

Your referral reward depends on the workspace size your friend chooses:

Under 600 ft² = £100

Over 600 ft² = £200

Eligibility — Who Can Refer?

Any business currently licensing workspace from Wenta — whether it’s a private office, serviced office, or virtual office — can refer. Eligible locations include Wenta centres in Enfield, Potters Bar and Watford, as well as the Business and Technology Centre and Chells Industrial Estate in Stevenage.

Who Isn’t Eligible?

Referrals from anyone outside of Wenta’s client network (including virtual office clients and workspace users) are not eligible. This offer also excludes shared workspaces, collaboration stations and temporary office packages.

How to Refer:

Just follow these four simple steps:

1. Spread the word
Know someone looking for a workspace? Tell them about the options available at btc.

2. Make an introduction
Get in touch with the btc team by phone or email and introduce your contact.

3. Or let them mention you
Alternatively, ask your contact to mention your name and company when they enquire about a workspace at btc.

4. Receive your reward
Once your referral has been based at btc for three months, you'll be eligible for a referral reward of £100 or £200. For further details, please contact the btc team.
