Meet Sophia – The Heart Behind Sophia’s Health Shala

Although Sophia has only recently joined the btc Stevenage community, she’s already made a vibrant impression with her holistic approach to wellness. Through her business, Sophia offers a wide variety of treatments – from natural remedies and nutritional advice to a full suite of holistic therapies – all designed to support the body, mind, and spirit.

After years of study and hands-on experience in the field, Sophia took the leap and launched her own business. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help others find balance and healing through natural methods. And this is just the beginning. Sophia is already planning to expand her services to include aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, offering even more value to her clients.

When asked what brought her to btc Stevenage, Sophia shared that it was a recommendation from her neighbour, a long-time member of the btc community, that sparked her interest. After a chat with our Centre Manager and a tour of the space, she knew she had found the perfect home for her business.
