btc launches free, online resource platform for SMEs
The btc team are excited to launch a new business information platform, The Business Bookshelf, which is now accessible from the btc website.
The Business Bookshelf offers free online content for anyone looking for articles, resources and tips on starting and growing a business. The new service includes a whole host of templates, fact sheets and case studies on popular topics such as finance, marketing, legal and HR.
Content is available around the clock and the btc team's business advisors are accesible via our live chat service, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. Advisors are able to provide one-to-one support on any small business queries and offer access to specialist support and training workshops.
Head of Digital, Marketing and Communications, Jennifer Condon, said:
"We're excited to have integrated this new resource for small businesses of Stevenage and surrounding areas. We are continually building on this content and the partners we work with on this. The plan is to double the number of articles by the end of the year which is currently at 230+. Our purpose of this service is to serve the needs of anyone thinking of starting or growing a business. We will be continually collecting feedback on how we can improve it further in the coming months and we're looking forward to helping even more business starts as this grows."
