btc Case Study: Majesty Grading Company
Majesty Grading Company (MGC), founded by Jake, set out to fix a problem in the UK’s trading card and coin community. Collectors had to send their cards to the US for grading, waiting months and paying high fees. Jake saw an opportunity to offer a faster, local alternative.
Early on, MGC needed a way to build credibility and handle customer deliveries without an office. btc’s mailbox service gave them a professional business address, ensuring secure handling of valuable cards and coins.
As the company grew, MGC moved into an office at the Business & Technology Centre (btc). The transition provided not just space but also a supportive environment for business development.
btc offered more than just an office — it became a hub for connecting with customers. The on-site café provided a welcoming space for meetings, making client interactions smoother and more personal. The community of businesses at btc also created networking opportunities that helped MGC establish itself further.
Jake reflects: “The support we've got from Wenta has definitely helped us achieve a lot. By the time we actually got to be in a professional business with multiple people and an actual location, we wouldn't have done that without Wenta at the beginning.”
Jake encourages new business owners to seek guidance early. “Come and speak to the Wenta advisors, have a chat, learn what you need to start, and get some help. Wenta staff are there to help you.”
